President Anura Kumara Dissanayake is scheduled to depart for the Maldives today (28) on a three-day official visit. This is at the invitation of Maldivian President Mohamed Muisu. The President is scheduled to remain in the country until July 30.
During this visit, the President and the Maldivian President are scheduled to hold bilateral talks and exchange several memorandums of understanding between the two countries, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs says.
