The Philippines has voiced its disagreement with a recent advisory from China’s Ministry of Education, according to reports from foreign media.

The Philippine Department of Foreign Affairs stated that China is misinterpreting the circumstances in the country by issuing warnings to Chinese students about supposed security threats in the Philippines.

The department further emphasized that incidents involving Chinese nationals, as well as any crimes committed by foreign nationals against them, are addressed by the appropriate law enforcement agencies, following due process.

Additionally, the Philippine government has been committed to collaborating in good faith with the Chinese Embassy and other foreign embassies regarding these matters, as reported by the media.
